4. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through ARJUN ENTERPRISES are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to verify payment information

Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors. Key delivery terms include:

  • Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • For bulk orders, delivery timelines will be communicated separately.

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and receipt of returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
